4 tbsp | Tomato sauce |

1/2 cup | Cooking oil |
2 tbsp | Soy sauce |
Mixture of cinnamon stick, cloves & star anise | |
Salt and sugar to taste |
Blended ingredients
1 stalk | Lemongrass |

1 inch | Turmeric |
1 inch | Galangal |
20 | Dried chili, blanched |
Method
- Cook San Remo Angel Hair according to the packet instructions.
- Heat up cooking oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic and spices mixture until fragrant. Add in blended ingredients and sauté until the oil separate.
- Add in chicken, tomato sauce, chili sauce, water, soy sauce, tomato and onion. Stir fry until chicken is fully cooked. Season with salt and sugar.
- Pour chicken onto San Remo Angel Hair and serve warm.
