For beef ball mixture
200 g | Mince beef |

1 tbsp | Ginger, finely chopped |
1/2 tbsp | Freshly grated black pepper |
1 tbsp | Salt |
1/2 | Egg |
20 g | Breadcrumbs |
Method
- Cook San Remo La Pasta Mushroom & Herb according to the packet instructions.
- For meatball, combine all ingredients together and knead mixture for 1 minute. Roll beef mixture into small meat balls.
- Heat the pan with cooking oil, fry beef balls by moving pan around so that all sides of the beef balls get nicely brown all over. Takes around 3 minutes.
- Serve it with cooked pasta.
