Ingredients

1 packSan Remo La Pasta Mushroom & Herb

For beef ball mixture

200 gMince beef
1 tbspGinger, finely chopped
1/2 tbspFreshly grated black pepper
1 tbspSalt
1/2Egg
20 gBreadcrumbs

Method

  1. Cook San Remo La Pasta Mushroom & Herb according to the packet instructions.
  2. For meatball, combine all ingredients together and knead mixture for 1 minute. Roll beef mixture into small meat balls.
  3. Heat the pan with cooking oil, fry beef balls by moving pan around so that all sides of the beef balls get nicely brown all over. Takes around 3 minutes.
  4. Serve it with cooked pasta.
