Ingredients

1 cupSan Remo Bowties
700 gOxtail
3 tbspChili paste (cili giling)
4Red onions
6 clovesGarlic
1 inchGinger
1/2 cupSan Remo Tomato Onion & Garlic Pasta Sauce
1/2 cupKetchup
2Eggs, beaten
2 tbspPlain flour + 2 tbsp water
2Soup spices (sup bunjut)
3 tbspSugar
Salt to taste
Cabbage and green chili for garnishing

Method

  1. Cook San Remo Bowties according to the packet instructions.
  2. Boil oxtail together with soup spices until tender.
  3. Blend red onions, garlic and ginger. Sauté blended ingredients with chili paste until fragrant.
  4. Add in San Remo Tomato Onion & Garlic Pasta Sauce, sugar and salt. Pour in oxtail and the stock, simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes. Add in flour mixture, ketchup and eggs. Stir well.
  5. Add in San Remo Bowties. Garnish and serve warm.
