Ingredients
For cheesy macaroni
30 g | Unsalted butter |

15 g | Yellow onion, chopped |
5 g | Garlic, chopped |
60 g | Whipping cream |
2 | Cheddar cheese slices |
1/4 tsp | Salt |
1/4 tsp | White pepper |
80 g | San Remo Macaroni |
A pinch of mixed herbs |
For chicken meatballs
320g | Minced chicken |

10g | Bread crumbs |
1 | Egg yolk |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tsp | White pepper |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
2 tbsp | Unsalted butter |
Method
- Cook San Remo Macaroni according to the packet instructions.
- For cheesy macaroni, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add in whipping cream, cheddar cheese slices, mixed herbs, salt and white pepper. Stir well.
- Next, add in San Remo Macaroni and mix well. Set aside to cool.
- For chicken meatballs, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 6 balls. Firm up the meatballs and make a hole in the centre. Stuff the meatballs with cheesy macaroni. Then pan fry meatballs with unsalted butter.
- Serve warm with tomato sauce or pasta sauce.
