Ingredients
300 g | San Remo Spaghetti |

2 | Yellow onions, chopped finely |
4 cloves | Garlic, finely chopped |
2-4 | Bird’s eye chilies (cili padi), sliced |
4 sprigs | Curry leaves |
1 tbsp | Fish curry powder |
400 ml | Cooking cream |
14 | Prawn |
4 | Cheddar cheese slices |
6 tbsp | Cooking oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Method
- Cook San Remo Spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
- Season prawns with salt and pepper and pan fry. Set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, sauté yellow onion, garlic, bird’s eye chilies and curry leaves until fragrant. Add in fish curry powder followed by cooking cream, cheddar cheese and prawns. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Toss in San Remo Spaghetti and mix well. Season to taste and serve warm.
