Ingredients
100 g | San Remo Macaroni |

100 g | Chicken breast, cut into cubes |
40 g | Frozen mix vegetables |
30 g | Yellow onion, diced |
1 clove | Garlic, diced |
2 tbsp | Mayonnaise |
2 tbsp | Tomato sauce |
2 tbsp | Olive oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Method
- Cook San Remo Macaroni according to the packet instruction.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add in chicken, vegetables and stir fry until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add in San Remo Macaroni followed by mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Mix well and serve warm.
