Ingredients

1/2 packetSan Remo Quick Cook 3 Min Spaghetti
4Onions, crushed
2 clovesGarlic, crushed
1 tbspGround chilli
10Prawns
5Fish balls, halved
1 blockFishcake, sliced
3 stalksMustard greens, sliced
1/4 cupSweet soy sauce
1 tbspDark soy sauce
1 tbspSan Remo Tomato, Onion & Garlic Pasta Sauce / tomato sauce
1/2 cupSpaghetti water
Salt

Method

  1. Boil the spaghetti for 2 minutes, and toss it.
  2. Heat up the oil, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add in the ground chilli and sauté until it turns brown.
  4. Add in the prawns, fish balls and fishcake, and mix well.
  5. Add in the sweet soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pasta sauce / tomato sauce, followed by the spaghetti water. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  6. Taste the sauce. If the flavours are not quite there yet, add a pinch of salt.
  7. Finally, add in the spaghetti followed by mustard greens, and mix well.
