Ingredients

250 gSan Remo Linguine
2 pcsWhole chicken legs
3 pcsChinese angelica (tong kwai)
1 tbspWolfberry
5Red dates
5Dried longan
5 pcsDried polygonatum (yuk chuk)
3 cupsChicken stock
1/3 tspSugar
1 tbspOyster sauce
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspWhite Pepper

Method

  1. Cook San Remo Linguine according to the packet instructions.
  2. In a pot, add in all the ingredients except San Remo Linguine.
  3. Boil for 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  4. To serve, place San Remo Linguine in a bowl, arrange whole chicken leg on top and add in herbal chicken soup.  Serve warm.
