Ingredients
| 100g | San Remo Wagon Wheel |

| 1/2 cup | Milk |
| 1 tsp | Plain flour |
| 1 tsp | Butter |
| 1 cup | Shredded cheese |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt + ¼ tsp salt, for pasta |
| 1/2 pkt | Shimeji Mushroom |
| 1/2 cup | Peas, blanched |
For garnishing
| 2 | Sausages, sliced but joint |

| 3 florets | Broccoli |
| 2 | Baby corns |
| 2 | Baby carrots |
Method
- Cook San Remo Wagon Wheel according to the packet instructions.
- Sauté the mushrooms with ½ tsp of butter until it softens. Set aside.
- In a small pan, melt the butter and flour together, cook for 2 minutes. Add in milk and salt, mix well until the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat, add in cheese and mix well. Stir in San Remo Wagon Wheel, mushrooms and peas. Mix well.
- Blanch all garnishing items and décor the pasta. Serve warm.
