Ingredients
| 250 g | Pasta Bolognese Sauce |
|---|---|
| 2 pcs | Cheese Slices (pale white) |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 4 pcs | Seaweed |
| 200 g | Vermiceilli |
| Round Shape Cutter (size 1 - 4) |
Method
- Simmer the bolognese sauce and create the shape of a lion’s head on a flat round plate
- Whisk egg and fry a thin omelette. Once cooked, carefully cut out a round shape. This will be the lion’s mane
- Use round cookie cutters of different sizes to create cheese circles for the lion’s eyes and nose
- Snip our slightly smaller seaweed circles than the largest cheese circle
- Arrange the cheese and seaweed circles on the lion head sauce, creating playful eyes that sparkle with mischief
- Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Wrap the noodles around a chopstick to create curly “moustaches” for the lion. Place them strategically on the plate
- Snip out seaweed lashes and teeth for the lion. Cut a small crescent from the omelette and place it below the moustache for a cheeky mouth.
