Ingredients
350 g | San Remo Angel Hair |

1 | Yellow capsicum, sliced thinly |
1 | Red capsicum, sliced thinly |
1 | Green capsicum, sliced thinly |
1 | Carrot, sliced thinly |
1 cup | White cabbage, shredded |
1 cup | Red cabbage, shredded |
1 cup | Water |
2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
2 tbsp | Light soy sauce or to taste |
1 tbsp | Vegetarian oyster sauce |
1/2 tbsp | Dark soy sauce |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Method
- Cook San Remo Angel Hair according to the packet instructions.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Add in all vegetables and stir well. Pour in water followed by the seasoning and bring to boil.
- Toss in San Remo Angel Hair and stir well. Season to taste.
- Serve warm.
