350gSan Remo Gluten Free Spaghetti
5 sudu besarMinyak zaitun
2 ulasBawang putih, keseluruhan
500gSos pasta San Remo Napolitana
¼ cawanDaun selasih
Garam dan lada
½ cawanKeju pecorino diparut

Cara Memasak

  1. In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. In a pan on medium heat, add oil and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes until garlic is just colouring. Remove garlic.
  3. Pour in San Remo Napolitana Pasta Sauce.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly on a medium to high heat.
  5. Add basil, stir though and turn off heat. Season sauce with salt and pepper.
  6. Strain pasta and add to sauce. Add half the pecorino to sauce and stir.
  7. Serve and sprinkle remaining pecorino over the top.
