350g | San Remo Gluten Free Spaghetti |

5 sudu besar | Minyak zaitun |
2 ulas | Bawang putih, keseluruhan |
500g | Sos pasta San Remo Napolitana |
¼ cawan | Daun selasih |
Garam dan lada | |
½ cawan | Keju pecorino diparut |
Cara Memasak
- In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
- In a pan on medium heat, add oil and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes until garlic is just colouring. Remove garlic.
- Pour in San Remo Napolitana Pasta Sauce.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly on a medium to high heat.
- Add basil, stir though and turn off heat. Season sauce with salt and pepper.
- Strain pasta and add to sauce. Add half the pecorino to sauce and stir.
- Serve and sprinkle remaining pecorino over the top.
