Ingredients

1/2 packSan Remo Angel Hair
350gPrawns
2 pcsCarrots, sliced into thin strips
1 pcRed bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
1 pcGreen bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
900mlWater

Seasoning

2 tspMcCormick Chicken Seasoning
2 tspMcCormick Garlic Powder
1 tspMcCormick Chilli Flakes
1 tbsOlive oil
1 tspSugar
1/2 tspSalt

Method

  1. Add the water, carrots, bell peppers into a large stockpot and bring to boil. Reduce to medium-low heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in San Remo Angel Hair, prawns and the remaining ingredients and seasoning, bring to boil over high heat.
  3. Stir and reduce to medium-low heat, continue to cook with the pot covered for about 5 minutes or your desired pasta texture. Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking to the pot.
  4. Turn off the heat, remove the cover and let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
