Ingredients

300 gSan Remo Vermicelli, cooked as per cooking instruction
400 gGrouper, sliced
2Yellow onion, sliced
4 pipsGarlic, sliced
20 gGinger, sliced
2 tsp Fermented soy bean paste
1 tspVinegar
1 tspBrown sugar
2Red chilli, sliced
200 mlWater
6 tbspOlive Oil

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion, garlic and ginger till fragrant then add in fish slice.
  2. Add in fermented soy bean paste, sugar, vinegar and water.
  3. Simmer for 3 min then add in slice red chilli.
  4. Toss San Remo Vermicelli into the sauce and mix well. Serve hot.
