Ingredients

1 boxSan Remo Instant Lasagna
500gMcCormick Grill Mates Chilli & Pepper BBQ Sauce
10gMcCormick Chilli Flakes
400gMinced chicken
100gYellow onion, finely chopped
10gGarlic, finely chopped
250gShredded mozzarella
50gRed and green chillies, sliced into thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a hot pan, sauté the onion, garlic and minced chicken until cooked.
  2. Add McCormick Grill Mates Chilli & Pepper BBQ Sauce and McCormick Chilli Flakes. Continue to cook and season with salt and pepper. Dilute with water if necessary. Set aside.
  3. In a baking tray, spread a thin layer of the BBQ mixture. Layer the San Remo Instant Lasagna sheets, followed by the mixture and shredded mozzarella.
  4. Repeat until the baking tray is full and top the final layer with shredded mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes. (Baking time may vary depending on the oven used.)
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with the chilli strips. Let the lasagna cool for a while before serving. Enjoy!
