Ingredients
100 g | San Remo Macaroni |

80 g | Minced chicken |
60 g | Sweet corn |
30 g | Yellow onion, diced |
1 clove | Garlic, chopped |
2 tbsp | Mayonnaise |
2 tbsp | Olive oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Method
- Cook San Remo Macaroni according to the packet instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant then add in minced chicken. Stir fry until chicken fully cooked.
- Next add in San Remo Macaroni, creamy sweet corn and toss well.
- Lastly stir in mayonnaise and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
