20 g | Tandoori mix |
1 tbsp | Plain yogurt |
200 g | Chicken drumettes |
Cut limes, sliced shallots to serve |
Method
- Cook San Remo La Pasta Sour Cream & Chives according to the packet instructions.
- Marinate chicken with tandoori mix.
- Heat oven to 200˚C. Brush marinated chicken pieces with some cooking oil. Grill chicken until lightly golden in color, around 35 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over once during cooking.
- Serve cooked pasta with tandoori chicken, limes, sliced shallots.
