Ingredients

1San Remo La Pasta Sour Cream & Chives
20 gTandoori mix
1 tbspPlain yogurt
200 g Chicken drumettes
Cut limes, sliced shallots to serve

Method

  1. Cook San Remo La Pasta Sour Cream & Chives according to the packet instructions.
  2. Marinate chicken with tandoori mix.
  3. Heat oven to 200˚C. Brush marinated chicken pieces with some cooking oil. Grill chicken until lightly golden in color, around 35 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over once during cooking.
  4. Serve cooked pasta with tandoori chicken, limes, sliced shallots.
